HS PLUS MIDDLE DISTANCE:

  • Fall Training: September 2 to December 14

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 5:00-6:30pm

HS PLUS SPRINTS/HURDLES/HORIZONTAL JUMPS:

  • Fall Training: September 14 to December 14

  • Mondays 4:45-6:45pm: Circuit Training

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:45-6:45pm

  • Saturdays 10:00am-12:00pm

HS PLUS HIGH JUMP:

  • Fall Training: September 10 until TBD (weather dependent)

TRAINING SESSIONS START AT THE TIME LISTED. PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR.

Training is off from July 29 to early September for most athletes. The fall training season starts in early September (see program start dates above) and continues until December 14,2024. Training is on during all holidays, unless otherwise posted.

Ocean athletes train in all safe weather conditions. Cancellations and location changes will be posted on the home page under TRAINING SCHEDULE UPDATES.
